The below stated terms and conditions apply to any purchase of goods on www.seamlessbasic.com to be delivered in Denmark and worldwide.
The prices are available in Euro (EUR). All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices are excluding service-, payment- or delivery charges. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. Tax free shopping is not available.
SB reserves the right to change the product prices, but the prices on products, while placing an order, will be valid throughout the running order process. SB takes reservations for typing errors.
We accept payments on www.seamlessbasic.com made using the following credit cards:

The amount will first be deducted when the item is sent. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is a back order, we will first deduct the payment for this item once it is sent.
Prices are stated in euros. Prices will also have the shipment price added. You shall select how you want your item(s) shipped during the payment process. We will defray any payment charges.
RECEIPT FOR THE RECEIPT OF ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an e-mail that confirms we have received your order. It means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us.
You will also be informed by email, if, in rare cases, items are sold out.
A tracking number is provided along with the shipping confirmation email. You can track and trace your orders using this number until delivery of your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working dates from the time of placing your order.
All orders withing Denmark are sent with GLS, DAO or BRING. Orders to all other countries are sent with GLS or DHL. All orders delivered to parcel shops within Europe are free of charge.
For all other delivery methods following shipping charges will be added to your order depending on your location:
- Denmark: 8,00 EUR with GLS Home Delivery.
- EU: 12,00 EUR
- Rest of the world: 20,00 EUR
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days counting from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 1-10 working days counting from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during national holidays and/or extreme weather conditions.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box adresses and we reserve the right to cancel an order, should the freight cost to remote areas / countries exceed a certain amount.
The order amount will be raised from your account only when the product(s) is shipped.
If you have chosen pick-up at Grumstolsvej 6, 8270 Højbjerg, Danmark. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for pick-up. The store is open 10.00-17.30 on weekdays and 10.00-14.00 on Saturdayss. The store name is Bings Bikestore. Please show the SMS and your confirmation email at pick-up.
If you change your mind about a purchase you must notify us within 14 days after having received your order. You must return the items to Seamless Basic within the following 14 days from having notified us. To return an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by means of the following procedure:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same perfect condition it was received in. It must also be in the original and undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria:
Place the product in a shipping box. It is important that the Seamless Basic boxes and bags are not damaged or destroyed during transportation.
Enclose the original sales confirmation of the product.
Write RETURN on the package to ensure smoother handling.

The return and financial responsibility are yours until the parcel reaches SB and is confirmed with a delivery confirmation from SB. Please note that we can exchange your items for another size or colour if available in stock. Keep your postal receipt and/or tracking number. The cost of returning the goods is yours when due to regretting a purchase. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
When the goods are received by SB, we check the items and refund the purchase (excluding your initial freight cost, if any). The refund is always returned to the same bank account/payment card as used for your purchase.
NOTE the following reasons NOT to refund your purchase. This happens if:
- You have actually taken the goods into use
- Tags are removed/missing.
- Goods and/or wrapping have been damaged while under your responsibility.
- Goods are not handled according to the requirements.
- You possess a gift card. Gift cards are not refundable.
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.seamlessbasic.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover wear and tear damage from regular use. Neither does it cover damages occurred as a direct cause of not having followed our recommended care and washing instructions. Please email us at email@example.com if you have a warranty claim, and remember to inform the order number of the items in question, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If you receive a refund based on a warranty claim, the cost of the return will be paid by SB.

SB does not guarantee that all items shown on www.seamlessbasic.com are in stock at the time of your order. In the event of an item being unavailable for whatever reason, SB will contact you by email. Although we always make an effort of displaying correct images, correct colours, information and prices, errors may occur. We do not take responsibility for any such mistakes nor for printing errors.
When you shop on www.seamlessbasic.com you must pass following information:

All your personal information is handled under strict confidence.The above data is stored with information about your purchased items for 5 years counting from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, according to the Danish bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the data are deleted. If you set up a login to be able to make self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.
Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties unless SB is reconstructed or fully or partially sold. Any disclosure in such situation would be in accordance with the then-current privacy legislation. As our customer you are entitled to access the registered data we have collected about you.
