Seamless and Flexible Sizing

Seamless means that our products are knitted without side seams. This applies to the majority of our qualities and creates a flexible fit that adapts to the body.

Flexibility and size range vary from quality to quality and are described below. When a knitted garment is stretched in width, it naturally becomes shorter. Our measurements have therefore been adjusted to take this into account and ensure a good fit across sizes.

Sizes

Cotton, Mulberry Silk and Wool/Silk

All styles are available in two sizes:

• S/M: EU size 34–38

• L/XL: EU size 40–44

During a transition period, some styles will still be available in One Size. One Size corresponds to the new S/M size.

Recycled Silk

Most styles are available in two sizes:

• S/M: EU size 34–38

• L/XL: EU size 40–44

Styles available exclusively in One Size cover:

• Tops: EU size 36–42

• Bottoms: EU size 36–40

Merino Wool

All styles in merino wool are available in One Size, covering EU sizes 36–42.

Merino Wool / Cashmere – Fully Fashioned Knit

Available in four sizes:

• S

• M

• L

• XL

All shipping options are displayed at checkout in the webshop.

All shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order. If a shipping fee applies, it will be added to your order total.

Free delivery within the EU on orders of at least 70 EUR. Applies exclusively to shop deliveries.

You must select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

We ship orders the same day (on all business days) if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, otherwise it will be shipped on the following business day.

Delays may occur during sales periods, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other external factors. Longer delivery times may also occur if your order is shipped to an island without a bridge connection. Seamless Basic is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

You will receive a tracking number together with your order confirmation. You can use this number to track your order until it is delivered.

Return/exchange:
If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, you have a 30-day return period.

Extended Christmas return policy. For gifts purchased between 1. November and 24. December, customers may return any unused products purchased during this period until 31. January the following year.
