Return & Exchange
RIGHT OF RETURN / EXCHANGE:
You can change your mind about your purchase within 30 days. The 30-day return period starts from the day you – or a third party chosen by you (not the delivery company) – receive your item. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 30-day period starts from the day you receive the last delivery.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Create your return or exchange here.
All returns and exchanges must be registered via our return portal as follows:
• Log in to the returns portal using your order number (Example: #1548 – it is important to enter both # and the 4 digits), as well as the email address you used for the purchase.
• Select the items you wish to return or exchange
• State the reason for the return (e.g. “too small”)
• If you want an exchange, select the new item or size and click “Continue”
• If you only want to return, select “Continue without exchange”
• For both returns and exchanges, you can choose between a refund or store credit for the returned items
• Confirm your request
• You will receive your return label by email (Return shipping costs €10)
• Pack the items you registered in the return portal
• Please remember to include the delivery note from your order
• Download and print your return label using the link in the return portal or the email
• Make sure to cover the original shipping label on the package
• Drop off your parcel at a UPS location
EXCHANGE:
Once we receive your return, we’ll send your requested exchange item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may need to cancel the exchange and issue a refund instead. We recommend returning your item as soon as possible so we can process your exchange without unnecessary delay.
IMPORTANT:
• Always include the original packing slip
• Return shipping costs €10
• Exchanges are freight free – we’ll ship your replacement item at no extra cost
• Keep your shipping receipt – you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it
• Returns in physical stores or to parcel shops are not possible
• Items purchased from one of our retailers must be returned/exchanged through them
YOUR RIGHTS WHEN WITHDRAWING FROM A PURCHASE:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement via email. You can contact us at: hello@seamlessbasic.com The deadline is met if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note:
• You cannot regret an order simply by refusing delivery without notifying us
• If a parcel is not collected or received by you, €10 will be deducted in return shipping fee. This does not apply if the parcel is lost by the carrier
• After notifying us, you have an additional 30 days to return the item
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:
If we determine that a returned product has lost value because it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount is based on the commercial value of the item upon return, and in some cases this may mean that nothing is refunded. In such cases, we can return the items to you at your expense if you wish.
Please note the following reasons why your purchase may not be refunded:
• Signs of use on the returned item
• Tags attached to the clothing have been removed
• The item has been damaged while in the customer’s possession
• The item has not been returned in accordance with our conditions
• If your purchase was made using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
REFUND:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and refund the value of your purchase if everything is correct. We do not refund the original shipping costs. Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the order.
