All shipping options are displayed at checkout in the webshop.

All shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order. If a shipping fee applies, it will be added to your order total.

Free delivery within the EU on orders of at least 70 EUR. Applies exclusively to shop deliveries.

You must select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

We ship orders the same day (on all business days) if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, otherwise it will be shipped on the following business day.

Delays may occur during sales periods, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other external factors. Longer delivery times may also occur if your order is shipped to an island without a bridge connection. Seamless Basic is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

You will receive a tracking number together with your order confirmation, which you can use to track your order until it is delivered.

Return/exchange:
If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, you have a 30-day return period.

Extended Christmas return policy. For gifts purchased between 1 November and 24 December, customers may return any unused product purchased during this period until 31 January the following year.
