All shipping options are visible in check-out on the webshop.
All prices for your shipment will appear upon payment of your order. If you have to pay for a shipment, the price will be added to your order.

Free delivery in EU countries on order values of minimum 70 EUR.

You must select your desired shipping method during check-out.
We ship orders the same day (on weekdays) if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. Mondays to Tuesday and before 1:00 p.m. on Fridays, and otherwise the next weekday. Delays may occur during sales, in connection with public holidays, during special weather conditions or other external influences. Longer delivery times may also occur if your order is to be sent to an island without a bridge connection. Seamless Basic does not accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

A tracking number is provided along with the shipping confirmation email. You can track and trace your orders using this number until delivery of your order.

RETURNS:
Should you for some reason be unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

Christmas extended returns policy from the 01. November - 24. December. Customers have the right to return any pristine product bought in-between these dates, until the 31. of the following month of January.
