Customer service hours are Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from seamlessbasic.com, delivered to Denmark and the rest of the world.
PRICES:
All prices are stated in EUR. All prices include VAT. All prices exclude service, payment, and delivery costs. Orders may be subject to local or national taxes and/or import duties, which must be paid by the customer. VAT-free purchases are not available. SB reserves the right to change product prices. However, the prices stated at the time of ordering will apply during payment and delivery. SB reserves the right for any typographical errors.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment at www.seamlessbasic.com through the following payment methods:

- Visa Electron
- PayPal
- Klarna
Payment is charged when the order is shipped or ready for pickup. If you have placed multiple orders, or if an item is backordered, payment will only be charged for the items that are shipped. Prices are stated in EUR. Shipping costs are added to your order total. You must choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an order confirmation by email once you have placed your order. This means that you have entered into a binding purchase agreement with us. You will be contacted by email if an item is temporarily out of stock.
SHIPPING:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using this number. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If shipping costs apply, they will be added to your order. All delivery methods and costs will be visible during checkout and depend on the destination. We ship orders the same day (on business days) if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, otherwise the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after placing your order. Delays may occur during sales, holidays, special weather conditions, or other external factors. Longer delivery times may occur if your order is shipped to an island without a bridge connection. Seamless Basic does not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers. Please note that we do not ship orders to P.O. boxes and that we reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery cost to remote locations exceeds a certain amount. The full order amount will only be charged if the order is shipped.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:
We do not ship to all countries. You can see which countries we ship to during checkout. We reserve the right to request additional shipping payment on orders with multiple items.
CUSTOMS AND VAT:
Depending on your order and country, you may be required to pay local charges upon delivery, which Seamless Basic cannot be held responsible for. We are not aware of these charges in advance and cannot inform you of the exact amount, as rules and import duties vary by country. If you refuse to pay customs duties and/or taxes, this will result in a full cancellation of your order. Shipping costs and any additional costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. All shipments are sent under Incoterms DAP (Delivery at Place).
RIGHT OF RETURN / EXCHANGE:
You can change your mind about your purchase within 30 days. The 30-day return period starts from the day you – or a third party chosen by you (not the delivery company) – receive your item. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 30-day period starts from the day you receive the last delivery.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

All returns and exchanges must be registered via our return portal as follows:
• Log in to the returns portal using your order number (Example: #1548 – it is important to enter both # and the 4 digits), as well as the email address you used for the purchase.
• Select the items you wish to return or exchange
• State the reason for the return (e.g. “too small”)
• If you want an exchange, select the new item or size and click “Continue”
• If you only want to return, select “Continue without exchange”
• For both returns and exchanges, you can choose between a refund or store credit for the returned items
• Confirm your request
• You will receive your return label by email (Return shipping costs €10)
• Pack the items you registered in the return portal
• Please remember to include the delivery note from your order
• Download and print your return label using the link in the return portal or the email
• Make sure to cover the original shipping label on the package
• Drop off your parcel at a UPS location
EXCHANGE:
Once we receive your return, we’ll send your requested exchange item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may need to cancel the exchange and issue a refund instead. We recommend returning your item as soon as possible so we can process your exchange without unnecessary delay.
IMPORTANT:
• Always include the original packing slip
• Return shipping costs €10
• Exchanges are freight free – we’ll ship your replacement item at no extra cost
• Keep your shipping receipt – you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it
• Returns in physical stores or to parcel shops are not possible
• Items purchased from one of our retailers must be returned/exchanged through them
YOUR RIGHTS WHEN WITHDRAWING FROM A PURCHASE:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement via email. You can contact us at: hello@seamlessbasic.com The deadline is met if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note:
• You cannot regret an order simply by refusing delivery without notifying us
• If a parcel is not collected or received by you, €10 will be deducted in return shipping fee. This does not apply if the parcel is lost by the carrier
• After notifying us, you have an additional 30 days to return the item
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:
If we determine that a returned product has lost value because it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount is based on the commercial value of the item upon return, and in some cases this may mean that nothing is refunded. In such cases, we can return the items to you at your expense if you wish.
Please note the following reasons why your purchase may not be refunded:
• Signs of use on the returned item
• Tags attached to the clothing have been removed
• The item has been damaged while in the customer’s possession
• The item has not been returned in accordance with our conditions
• If your purchase was made using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
REFUND:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and refund the value of your purchase if everything is correct. We do not refund the original shipping costs. Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the order.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you unfortunately receive a defective item, please email us a photo of the defect at hello@seamlessbasic.com, and we will review the images. If the defect is approved, we will email you a return label for the shipment. We will further assess the defect upon receipt of the physical item. Otherwise, the procedure is the same as for a cancellation of purchase.
HOW TO PROCEED:
Return your products in a shipping box. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.
WARRANTY:
All products sold on www.seamlessbasic.com come with a two-year warranty. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear from normal use. It also does not cover damage caused by improper handling of the garment or any other inappropriate treatment where our care and washing instructions have not been followed.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please send an email to hello@seamlessbasic.com. Remember to include your order number for the purchase you wish to claim. Please also attach photos of the item and a description of the reason for your claim.
If you receive a refund due to a warranty claim, SB will cover the return shipping costs.

DISCLAIMER:
SB cannot guarantee that all products shown on www.seamlessbasic.com are in stock at the time you place your order. If an item in your order is out of stock, SB will contact you by email.
We always strive to ensure that our website displays accurate product images, correct colours, and correct information and prices. However, we reserve the right for any errors, including printing and typographical errors.
FORCE MAJEURE:
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in the event of war, acts of war, civil war, revolution, government sanctions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, natural disasters, or similar events. This means that the agreement cannot be fulfilled fully or partially. If this occurs, we will, if possible, inform you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right not to be held responsible for any errors related to the above points.
