SHIPPING PRICES & RETURNS

Delivery:

We ship the same day (on weekdays) if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. Mondays to Tuesday and before 1:00 p.m. on Fridays, and otherwise the following weekday. Delays may occur during sales, in connection with public holidays, during special weather conditions or other external influences. Seamless Basic does not accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

Shipment costs within EU countries:
Shop delivery: 7,50 EUR
Home delivery: 10 EUR

Free delivery in EU countries on order values of minimum 70 EUR.

Returns:

If you change your mind you have 30 days right of return. If you regret your purchase, return freight must be paid by you.
